We engineer e-commerce platforms for businesses that require product data, sales channels, and order fulfilment to operate as a single, controlled ecosystem.

Commercial Structure & Product Data
The system reflects exactly how you sell – accommodating supplier ranges, bespoke products, trade accounts, regional pricing rules, and complex catalogue structures.

Omnichannel Customer Journeys
Different buyers receive a tailored experience – from storefront to checkout – whether they arrive via a direct website, a B2B portal, or a third-party marketplace.

Post-Purchase Operational Control
Once an order is placed, it transitions seamlessly into your internal workflow, carrying all the necessary data for stock management, fulfilment, customer service, and dispatch.
E-commerce features that can be shaped around the operation
Automated print-on-demand systems for products, production, and fulfilment

CODEio helps print, merchandise, and made-to-order businesses transform complex operations into one connected, automated production system. Integrations with product suppliers can create daily orders for blank products; customers can connect their stores so decorated-product orders arrive directly in production; print-ready artwork and printer-specific setup files can be sent to the correct machine; and intelligent Workflows guide every item through stock allocation, printing, quality control, fulfilment, and drop-shipping. This reduces manual handovers, speeds up production, and gives the business a clear operational view from product setup to dispatch.

Shape a product catalogue around your production
Bring products from a wide range of suppliers, including Ralawise, PenCarrie, BTC Activewear and Stanley/Stella, together with your own manufactured ranges in one catalogue. Define the decoration methods, printable areas and rules that apply to each variation. Supplier connections can keep stock, costs and purchasing data up to date, while automated supplier ordering reduces manual administration and saves your team time. Your team remains in control of products and production options through a web-based admin area built around how the business operates. CODEio can host, support and extend the system as ranges, equipment and processes change.

Let customers connect their stores, so print orders reach you directly
Customers can create and configure decorated products on the CODEio-built website, then export them to Shopify, Etsy, WooCommerce, and other supported sales channels. They can also connect existing store listings by linking each decorated product to one of your base products. When a sale is made, the print order returns to your business with the product, design, and branding data needed for production.

Automate order processing from production to dispatch
Orders from connected stores enter the Product-level Workflow System, where each item follows the correct Workflow for stock allocation, purchasing, artwork approval, printing, quality control, packing, and dispatch. Teams work from shared dashboards and scan barcodes or QR codes at production stages, while the system prepares the documents, shipping data, and customer updates needed to keep fulfilment moving.
Operational systems for bookings, databases, and service teams

We build operational web applications for teams that need to manage bookings, event data, customer records, and secure payments in one centralised hub.

Structured Public Journeys
Participants and applicants are guided through the correct options, rules, and payment stages automatically, removing the need for manual follow‑ups.

A Single Operational Record
Admin teams work from a shared, real-time view of bookings, customer details, status changes, and communication history.

Control, Reporting, and Adaptability
The system supports capacity limits, custom dashboards, automated invoicing, and future improvements to ensure the software scales as your operation grows.

Frequently asked questions
Do we need to replace our current systems?
Not necessarily. CODEio can integrate with your existing tools, replace specific manual processes, or run parallel to your current setup whilst a new workflow is tested.
Is CODEio solely for print-on-demand?
No. Whilst POD is a strong use case for us, we also engineer bespoke e‑commerce platforms, booking systems, customer databases, and internal admin tools.
Can you build custom functionality?
Absolutely. CODEio is specifically for businesses that need functionality shaped entirely around their own unique products, data, and operational rules.
Can CODEio connect to third-party services?
Yes. We routinely integrate with payment gateways, CRMs, accounting software, shipping providers, and specialist APIs.
What happens after launch?
We provide ongoing hosting, maintenance, and support. As your team, customers, and processes evolve, we continue to improve and expand your system.
How do we get started?
It begins with a consultation. We’ll discuss your current workflow, the systems you use, your commercial goals, and outline the most practical next steps.
